Saratoga Springs is ideally located in Northern Minden, just South of Carson City, and is one of the more desirable communities found in the Carson Valley.  Originally designed for 543 homes to be constructed in several phases, the subdivision is now almost completed. There is a park with play equipment for the children, basketball courts, horseshoe pits, barbeques and picnic tables. Pinion Hills Elementary is located within several blocks. Saratoga Springs affords the advantage of nearby shopping that includes a Super Wal-Mart, Target, Home Depot, and Costco, and the charming small downtown area of “Old Town Minden.”  Carson City, the State Capital, is a short drive north on HWY 395.  This community offers a quality lifestyle that has great appeal to retirees as well as growing families.
