Located in the heart of Johnson Lane and provide great views of the Sierra Mountains. Rocky Terrace

There is homeowner's association and an architectural committee to insure the quality of the neighborhood. This quality development is one of the areas hottest selling homesite areas in the valley. Wildflower Ridge-Pinon Ridge-Star Ridge
Three ridge subdivisions in the East Valley have homesites for sale and generally these lots are five parcels with panoramic views of the pasture land and valley below and the majestic Sierra Mountains beyond. Pricing varies depending on views with starting prices around $280,000.

Other East Valley Areas
Many other homesites are scattered throughout the Eastern side of the Carson Valley in the neighborhoods of Stonegate, Sterling Ranch, Ruhenstroth, Fish Springs, and Pinenut. All these lots will most likely require wells and septics and will generally be at least one acre or more. Wild horses are a common site in this area and the views and peaceful nature of the land cannot be compared. Finding your dreamsite is quite possible at an affordable price with or without restrictions on building codes. Starting prices are around $185,000.

Topaz Ranch Estates
One of the most affordable areas to build. Close to Topaz Lake and located off Highway 208 on the highway to Yerington Nevada, this neighborhood has many homesites still available. Topaz Lake has great fishing and boating facilities and is located at the border of Nevada and California. The zoning is a manufactured home overlay with many of the current homes already established. Lot sizes will vary but generally are at least one to five acres and prices are starting at $95,000.
